f(x) Victoria's Diet Secrets!!




F(x) Victoria recently revealed a slimmer and toner body.  She looks awesome and I'm sure many of you like me, were dying to know how she did it.  After researching this is what I dug up.





She drank red bean water before every meal.  This red bean diet is very popular in Korea, especially after it was reported that Big Bang's TOP also drank this to help him lose weight.  This red bean water is known to keep you full longer, so you eat have to eat less.  It also helps with cravings and reduces bloating!



**This recipe will last about 3~4 days

1.  Wash 60 grams of red beans in water thoroughly, then soak the red beans in 900g of water for 10 hours.

2.  After 10 hours, boil the mixture.

3.  After the mixture begins to boil, lower the heat to a low/medium heat and boil for 30 more minutes.  (For better taste, scoop away the pieces that rise to the top.)

4.  Let the red bean water cool and refrigerate.  Red bean water spoils easily, so do not exceed 2 days!!!!!!!



She also ate a lot of peaches.  Peaches are known to help with digestion, blood circulation, and increasing your metabolism.  It is also packed with vitamins!





Another thing she did was drink ginseng juice to keep up with her health.  I like this part of her diet because it shows that she was also thinking about her health while doing this diet.



Reportedly, these are some things Victoria did to help her lose the weight, but remember, everybody's body is different, so make sure to stay healthy and listen to what your body tells you.  Try at your own discretion!



Also, it seems like Victoria did not do lose all this weight at once.  If you have been with her throughout her career, you will notice she has gradually become slimmer.  She practices a healthy lifestyle and it is starting to show.
